Its not something you see unless the tree was pushed over very recently and there are far too many bent trees in that mod to rationalize away. This wouldnt be a problem if the angled trees were dead or dying but living trees will grow vertically even if bent over at some earlier point. Some of the trees are bent at odd angles in conifers and it can look really odd. I would recommend Boston Natural Surroundings over Commonwealth Conifers if you want a pine forest because the tree placement is much better.
